A girl i knew died last night. It was 3 shot one killed in the community park. Yeah maybe they shouldn’t have been out so late but they were and she should not have been killed either. I was teacher assistant in her class. Every day id be taking attendance and she would walk in smiling and laughing. She tried in that class if she needed help she would ask. Yeah she had her days were she just didn’t care but she was human and only 14. Nobody young deserves to die nor die the way she did. I just hope the person who did this to her realizes what they did , and suffers for it.

What you will need:

• 4 pieces of tilapia fillets 
• 1 can chopped pineapple 
• green onions 
• 2 cups brown rice
• 4 cups water 
• 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce 
• salt-pepper
• breadcrumbs

TO make the tilapia 

1. preheat oven to 450  
2. drain pineapple and put juice aside in a bowl
3. mix pineapple-juice and teriyaki sauce in bowl then set aside 
4. put tilapia in a pan lined with foil then pour mixture over tilapia 
5. add salt and pepper to taste
6. put in oven and wait about 14 minutes 
7. if wanted you may sprinkle breadcrumbs on it to form a crust after pouring liquid onto it.   

NEXT IS THE RICE !!!!!

1. pour water in pan let boil then add rice and lower heat and cover(it will be done when there is no more water so watch it carefully)
2. once the rice is done put into heated pan 
3. cut up the green onions and put into pan with rice (put as much as you want)
4. next add the pineapple from earlier and let cook for a minute or two turn off heat
5. make a bed of the rice on a plate and put the fish on top and your done!!!

This is something i always used to make a few years ago my mom was never home and we wouldn’t have much money to buy anything so this was quick and easy to make. It is so good too , tilapia is a blanched fish so the pineapple and teriyaki really make a great taste and the rice is a great side for it aswell.

Jamey took his own life on Saturday, he was being bullied for being Gay for years. Jamey was found dead outside his home Sunday morning, but Amherst police would not release any details on how he killed himself. Students had been posting hate comments with gay references on his Formspring account, “JAMIE IS STUPID, GAY, FAT ANND UGLY. HE MUST DIE!” one post said. Another read, “I wouldn’t care if you died. No one would. So just do it :) It would make everyone WAY more happier!” Now that Jamey’s gone, no one’s happier. May you rest in Paradise, Jamey. You deserve it. You’re definitely missed, by plenty. By strangers, by family, by relatives, by friends, by people you may have never known. Paws Up Forever.
